      Description of the issue
User initially proceed with Rosa classic wizard flow and input the definition such as compute type ,count and node label (both key and values) etc. Later went back to control plane step and switched to the hosted flow. During the cluster submission, it was identified that the node label definition from previous selection still preserved wrongly from hosted flow and that resulted failure in cluster submission.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Launch OCM UI staging.
      2. Select control plane type as classic and proceed to next steps.
      3. Reach to Cluster settings> machine pool step.
      4. Keep node labels keys and values.
      5. Click "Back" button multiple times and reach to control plane step.
      6. Select the control plane as Hosted and proceed to next steps.
      7. Fill all required fields and reach to "Review and create" step.
      8. Click on "Create cluster" and see the behavior.

      Actual results:

At step 8,Cluster submission failed due to wrongly preserved node label definition.Node label definitions are not supported in hosted clusters and user has no option to remove it in wizard during above circumstance.

      Expected results:

At step 8, Unsupported node label definition should be removed and cluster submission should be successful in above situation.
