      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to the staging environment.
      2. Select the Billing model as a Customer cloud subscription and the subscription type as Annual and click on the Next button.
      3. Create either an OSD(AWS/GCP cluster) cluster and click on the Next button.
      4. Provide all details such as cluster name, and version(4.14.1), and click on the Next button.
      5. In the networking screen, select the application ingress settings type as Custom.
      6. Provide valid inputs for the Route selector and excluded namespaces, and check the remaining two checkboxes.
      7. Notice the button type for the namespace ownership policy and wildcard policy for both OSD and ROSA wizards.

      Expected Result
The field type for both the namespace ownership policy and wildcard policy should be a switch type for both OSD and ROSA cluster types.

      Actual Result
For OSD clusters, there is a checkbox for day 1 operations and for ROSA clusters, there is a toggle switch that is displayed.
