Loki Sizing missing Demo size + support for 1x.extra,small not updated

1. In the Doc + Release notes of RHOL 5.8 we do not have details about the demo size which was introduced as per the issue Log-4329

2. As per the LokiStack Creation Documentaton , Point 2 Create LokiStace instance
