Moving OpenShift Logging resources

This is a suggestion for an example of a manifesto listed in the "1.Edit the ClusterLogging custom resource (CR) in the openshift-logging project:".

It explains how to deploy the Logging component on the infra node by nodeslector. This example says The logStore and visualization also includes tolerations.

However, for some reason, collection does not have any tolerations. The collection is a daemonset, so it does not need a nodeslector, but without tolerations, it would not be able to run on infra nodes. collection also does not have any tolerations on the I think it is more appropriate to include the collection in this example to avoid misunderstandings, since it is common for collections to be deployed to infra nodes.
