RHOSDT Tempo datasource integration with Grafana

What is the nature and description of the request?

Users shall be able to access RHOSDT Tempo supported by Red Hat from Grafana.

This is important for the Multicluster observability solution provided by ACM, but also for community builds.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

To observe distributed tracing in:

• ACM observability
• Edge observability
• Fast and easy development stacks, including TempoMonolithic stack

Documentation and tests that support this shall be provided.

Disclaimer: Grafana community is not supported by Red Hat, only the connection from Tempo as data source!

List any affected packages or components.
