      1. Proposed title of this feature request

      Add a filter to the logs UI based on specific metadata labels.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      Add a filter to the Logs UI to choose the label/metadata from a drop down list and based on it have a second filter that will show the optional values (more complicated, but more valuable).

      It can be a closed list of supported labels/metadata where the kubernetes_labels_app_kubernetes_io_part_of and kubernetes_labels_app_kubernetes_io_component labels would be in the list of optional values.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      OpenShift Virtualization users and other operators users need to be able to filter based on specific labels.
      The `kubernetes_labels_app_kubernetes_io_part_of` and `kubernetes_labels_app_kubernetes_io_component` labels are important for OpenShift Virtualization users t be able to search logs by the operator name and component.
