Add 2 filters in the Logs UI to easily filter logs based on a specific operator and operator component, based on the kubernetes_labels_app_kubernetes_io_part_of and kubernetes_labels_app_kubernetes_io_component labels/metadata.

      Goals

Help end users to filter logs based on a specific operator and component.

      Non-Goals

      Motivation

This will help the end users that want to explore the logs of a specific operator.

      Alternatives

Alternatively add a filter to the Logs UI to choose the label/metadata from a drop down list and based on it have a second filter that will show the optional values (more complicated, but more valuable). It can be a closed list of supported labels/metadata where the kubernetes_labels_app_kubernetes_io_part_of and kubernetes_labels_app_kubernetes_io_component labels would be in the list of optional values.
