Expose the endpoint_suffix variable to be able to set for Loki when using Azure Object Storage

What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently, it's not possible and not documented for configuring the endpoint_suffix for Loki for when using Azure Object Storage as visible in [1]

Why does the customer need this?

Currently, it's only possible to define the container, the environment, the account_name and the account_key when defining the Azure Object storage, but it's also desired to be able to set the value of the endpoint_suffix to indicate a private endpoint as Loki supports in  [2]
