User Story
As a LokiStack administrator, I want to configure the endpoint suffix for Azure Blob Storage so that I can reach Azure Blob storage buckets via a a private endpoint.
Acceptance criteria
- Allow endpoint_suffix in LokiStack object storage configuration for type Azure.
- Validate if any other options in the storage configuration are incomatible with endpoint_suffix.
