Bulk silence editing for developer perspective

What is the nature and description of the request?

The developer perspective allow to add silences to alerts. Interaction with these silences can today only happen through the alert list. Bulk interactions, say expiring several silences in one action is not possible.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements)

Interacting with individual silences can be cumbersome when many alerts are silenced.
