      • Create a non-cluster admin user.
      • Provide admin access of any namespace to this user:
        • $ oc adm policy add-role-to-user admin  <user> -n <project> 
      • Navigate to Observe > Logs OCP console from administrator view.
      • Select namespace filter and try to filter namespaces.
      • Select containers filter and try to filter containers.
