Coming this OADP 1.5 release, OADP will be binded to a specific OCP version, in this case 4.19, So, to have 1.5 running, the customer should be on 4.19 OCP version.

This creates an upgrade scenario, when a customer has installed 1.4.x on OCP 4.18 (lets say), and wants to use OADP 1.5 now.

First, the customer needs to upgrade the OCP version to 4.19, and then select the appropriate channel, to upgrade to OADP 1.5.x

Creating this ticket to have the Upgrade Pipeline ready for the same.
