It should be possible to filter on multiple columns.  Provide a separate option to treat the filters as all AND operations or all OR operations.  Note: It is not common to require a mix of both AND and OR so this attempts to simplify filtering.

The most common scenario is the AND operation so it should be the default.  The OR operation is typically needed to match something in the src or dest columns.  For example, you want to filter on a pod name in the src pod OR dest pod columns.

There should be a way clear out all the filtering.
