With a Loki-less flow collector, the filter box disappears after giving the filter box focus and clicking the dropdown causes the filter box to disappear with no way of getting it back.

1. 1.11.0 latest downstream image
2. Create flowcollector with defaults and Loki=false
3. Go to Network Traffic.   Everything looks normal (see screenshot #1)
4. Click in filter box and then click dropdown

Filter box disappears (see screenshot #2)

Filter box stays there and is operational (or it never should have been there).
