UI Filters: selecting "either" removes the filter

      Description of problem:

      When changing a filter set on source by selecting "either", the filter is removed. Seen with Loki disabled.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install netobserv, loki disabled
2. In the UI, set src_namespace=netobserv
3. Edit the filter by clicking on the chip and select "Either"

      Actual results:

      Filter is removed, showing the whole cluster topology

      Expected results:

      src_namespace changed to "namespace"
