      Deploying current agents (main branch) on ocp 4.18 or below triggers this error with CrashLoopBackOff: 

Verifier error: load program: permission denied:\n\tcombined stack size of 5 calls is 544.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install netobserv + flowcollector on 4.18
