      Epic Goal

Provide by default an integration of netobserv metrics with ACM. It should include:

      • Pulling per-cluster metrics
      • Adding Grafana dashboards

Some info provided by rh-ee-tmange  :

      • Repo: https://github.com/stolostron/multicluster-observability-operator
      • Skill transfer presentation for 2.15 where you can find some diagrams. It focuses on the new version of the metrics collector, but it includes some diagrams that might be useful to understand how it works.
      • A PR example showing how to add metrics to the collection list for both the current and the new metrics collector. You must also include a dashboard if you want to integrate (by default, we only collect the metrics necessary for dashboards and/or alerting).

For context, this blog shows the manual way of getting netobserv metrics into ACM (probably partly outdated) : https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/leveraging-netobserv-metrics-red-hat-advanced-cluster-management-kubernetes

      Why is this important?

Provide a single-pane of glass for ACM users
