In clusters deployed with RHACM it would be good to have the ability to have Network Observability deployed in a central hub and then only deploy flowcollector in the managed clusters, effectively making Network Observability multicluster aware

This is a very interesting use case and should be very useful for cloud and OCP operators managing clusters for many usersĀ

      CU own words:

We will deploy netobserv-operator on our clusters. But in order to consume resources effectively we wonder if it is possible and supported to deploy a single LokiStack on the central Hub cluster and only deploy flowcollector on the managed clusters and send cluster metrics to central LokiStack? What is the recommended way by Red Hat? Is it possible to integrate Netobserv metrics with Red Hat ACM Observability? What would you recommend in order to provide network monitoring from central point?
