In the Network Traffic panel on the right-hand side, there is an option to toggle between "One way" and "Back and forth".  These are some of the issues with it.

      1. The "One way" and "Back and forth" terms are not intuitive.  It's not clear what it means.

      2. The option behaves differently than "Clear all".  When you click "Clear all", it clears the filters and becomes that state.  Then that link becomes "Reset defaults".  Similarly, when you click "Reset defaults", it restores the defaults and then the link becomes "Clear all" again.

"One way" and "Back and forth" behaves in the opposite way.  When the link is "One way", it is that state and when you click it, it will show traffic in both directions and the link is now "Back and forth".  The confusion I always have is, when it shows "One way", is it currently showing one-way traffic or do I have to click it to show one-way traffic?  Because of this and the inconsistency, I'm filing it as a bug.

      3. The options on the right-hand side disappears and becomes "More option" when the width of the window is small enough.  This makes documentation difficult because if you refer to these links, it might not actually be there!  (I know this is a PatternFly issue.)

Suggestion: Provide new filter fields such as "Source/Dest Namespace" and "Source/Dest Port".  Then you can remove "One way" and "Back and forth".  This is pretty intuitive on how it will work.

If NETOBSERV-2182 is implemented, then you can easily switch to a different filter field.
