Previously in the console plugin, filtering on a key being not equal to multiple values would not filter anything. With this fix, the expected results are returned, which is all flows not having any of the filtered values.

I can't filter out 2 IP ranges from the table seen at Observe > Network Traffic > Traffic flows. I'm using a 'Not Destination IP' filter with 2 ranges. The destinations are not filtered out as expected:
The cluster network is on 127/8, so I expect the destinations on the cluster to not appear.
The filter seems to work as expected when I'm using only one IP range.
