Update jenkins jobs to use new kafkaconsumerReplicas recommendations

      With NETOBSERV-1702, new recommendations for kafkaconsumerReplicas were published 

      25 nodes: 6 kafkaconsumerReplicas
      65 nodes: 12 kafkaconsumerReplicas

      120 nodes: 18 kafkaconsumerReplicas

      we should also simplify jenkins job param. to by default use these recommendations unless modified.
