Allow users to see OpenShift Virtualization traffic in NetObserv with enrichment
As commented here [1], we need to support capturing traffic on secondary interfaces in order to cover Virtualization traffic.
In NETOBSERV-1535 it was mentioned that using bpfman will allow removing the current limitation about that.
in parallel https://issues.redhat.com/browse/NETOBSERV-1697 has been fixed and should cover secondary interfaces issues
