Packet drop filters are mismatched for drop cause and state

1. Deploy flowcollector with PacketDrop enabled
2. Go to overview page
3. View the drop cause and state panels and filter on any of the seen causes/states

There is filter mismatch causing no results found to be seen on the panels

Panels should be filtered based on that drop cause/state
