NETOBSERV-1150 introduces UpdateIfOwned function in the operator that allows you to remove ownerReferences of any resource created by FlowCollector to skip the reconcile loop.

This is super usefull to tweak around the config, however, FLP config is currently using JSON format which is not easy to update in the console

Moving to YAML would help having a clean display and consistency between components.

We can keep maintaining the json format if needed.
