[Stretch] Determine if/how we can use Red Hat's Istio images for Gateway API dev preview

    Description

      When creating Dev Preview documentation for Gateway API with Istio, we should prefer users to use Red Hat Service Mesh istio images instead of upstream.

      We should try to use these service mesh images and see if they are functional for Gateway API.

      Also, do we need special quay.io pull secrets? Will users have the secrets anyways on their cluster?
