      Goal: Support of OpenShift Network Edge features on IBM Cloud platform.

      Why is this important: IBM CLoud is being added as a new OpenShift supported platform, targeting 4.9/4.10 GA.

      • Change Ingress operator
        • DNS programming
        • Wiring up the service with any special attributes

      • Need to have permission to spin up IBM clusters

      • CI conformance test jobs exist for IBM Cloud in openshift/release and are passing.
