Enable customers to deploy OpenShift 4 to IBM Public Cloud.
Requirements
- Installation support for performing an installer-provisioned infrastructure deployment to an IBM Public Cloud environment
- Installation support for performing an user-provisioned infrastructure deployment to an IBM Public Cloud environment
- IBM Public Cloud service integration for DNS, LB, Storage, and automated VM provisioning
- Working CI environment for GA support

- As an administrator, I would like to deploy OpenShift 4 clusters to an IBM Public Cloud environment leveraging cloud based networking, storage, and compute resources.
