Goal
Make the necessary configuration in the CPaaS product and midstream repositories to prepare the new 1.x release.

Acceptance Criteria

• New release is created in the CPaaS repositories
• New advisory is created and moved to QE with the latest builds (after all the development is done in GitHub)

Nice to have
The CPaaS repositories are migrated to the folder-based version system.
