        • Fold heavy-build jobs into conformance parallel
        • Replace e2e conformance jobs by fips
        • Make the FIPS job release controller (informing at least) for the dev releases (2 most recent)
      • Add Tech Preview jobs for the dev releases (2 most recent)
      • Review flaky tests and explicitly annotate them as flaky (accomodating retries)
        • Requires confirmation from TRT if flaky annotation cannot be done on an arch basis
        • Requires efforts from the P/Z CI teams to review those flakes with us
      • Through https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MULTIARCH-5811 , review the risks with current reporting advice, and confirm whether or not they are acceptable.
