Epic Goal

• As a sustainability team, I need to understand common failures of CI for P/Z to diagnose issues on EUS release jobs

Why is this important?

• The Sustainability team is in charge of releasing EUS 4.14, and EUS 4.16 starting January
• They are regularly struggling to analyze the CI failures related to these releases
• The P/Z partner engineers are willing to help, but would like that the sustainability teams also retain some of the knowledge passed along after a CI job is analyzed, so that the same false positive isn't analyzed by partner engineer every time.

Acceptance Criteria

• Preparatory meeting with Sustainability team
• Decide together with the sustainability team on the format for this knowledge base
• Contribute data to the knowledge base : the 10 most common false positives
• Share outcome with Sustainability team
• Have sustainability team start using it 
• Incrementally increase the playbook contents so that
