As a CI user, I would like bootstrap logs to be pullable from the target environments when a cluster fails to deploy in CI.

Currently, there is an issue with the install container not having permissions for the /output directory, which is its "Home" directory. We may need to set user information for the execution environment, so that we can mock the user via the mock_nss.sh file.
