A discussion was raised recently about enabling IBM to ensure that configurations that are not supported by Red Hat can be evaluated. One idea arose that we should look to update the OPCTool to be made multi-arch. This be most valuable for ARM and to solve the recently raised question about z/CX (s390x).

Acceptance Criteria
- Set up a cluster with a multi-payload, an x86 worker and several workers of another arch
- Set up the dedicated not to be x86 worker (https://redhat-openshift-ecosystem.github.io/provider-certification-tool/user/#standard-env-setup-node)
- Run the tool and gather results to determine if it works out of the box. Take special note of any exec format errors.
