Running 80 VMs across 8 ESXi hosts, with 10 VMs per host.  cold migration 
TC 2.8 : 80VMs 50GB 35usage 8ESXI 1disk
The migration plan is stuck in a “Start” loop in the UI.
There are no errors or any other related information visible in the controller logs or in any MTV CR objects.
this was reproduce also with 200VMs 8 ESXi hosts warm migration

Martin revert the controller version for MTV 2.9.4 and the migration started to work 
re-run now again to reproduce and to add relevant logs and CRs
