Allow reading the logs from the UI

      As a migrator, I want to live view the logs of the various pods that run behind the scenes, in order to understand quickly what is happening, e.g. understand if a step that looks stuck really is.

      The step/pod relationships are exposed in the Plan status for each VM, so that the UI can stream the logs through the Kubernetes API.

      [istein]: Adding a suggestion from Kobi Gershon:
      Expose in Migration UI the related migration POD logs online, while migration is running.
      This would be an extension to the ‘Get Logs’ button that downloads targeted must gather logs.
