When a migration fails, it can be difficult for the users to understand what went wrong.

The goal of this epic is to provide easier ways to get the required data that helps troubleshooting. This will be implemented in phases:

• Phase 1 - Add must-gather to MTV
• Phase 2 - Enable targeted collection with must-gather (MTV-31)
• Phase 3 - Add a must-gather service and allow downloading the result from the UI
• Phase 4 - Allow reading the logs from the UI, integrated in the Plan/VM views
