Please re-run single and mutli-host esx scenarios for AIO testing using warm.

Assume 1 snapshot and then afterward perform manul cutover.

Please note the read rates during the initial copy phase with and without AIO for single esx with 10 VM, and multi esx case with and without AIO in addition to total transfer time.

Maybe be preferable to sync up with dvaanunu@redhat.com on his latest script changes when he returns on Tues to allow for several run samples over night.
