[Scale] document aio buffer counts for customer usage

      Hi Tzahi,

      Daniel would like a doc note created for MTV regarding the AIO buffer counts.
      The original ticket was MTV-1157 where you saw around 30% improvement

      What you can do is create a google document that says:
      1) How to make the change to enable AIO buffer counts via vddk variables
      2) Describes % of improvement observed. (29.5% or 30% rounded up)
      3) Mention that it applies to version 7.0.3, I'm not sure if it applies to other versions above 7 you'll need to search for this answer in vmware documentation its mentioned online
