Today MTV does some validations

1. we nede to ensure that these validations are still rcorrect, thus they need to be reviewed. for anything that cnv is not supporting, stories must be opened

2. we want to add more validations for known issues

• unsupported encrypted disks
• guests using disk serial numbers should get flagged MTV-1368
