      MTV should be able to migrate any VM if the VMs requirmeents are met by OpenShift Virtualization.

      Validation rules are our approach to check if VM requirements (such as hotplug, RDM, or hugepages) are already supported on CNV.
      Thus this feature is much about keeping these validation rules up to date.
