Description of problem:

Drop down allowing for Selection of none, page, or all works upon initial click only, then gets stuck.  Clicking off the drop down will not close it, clicking other available options such as none, or select page will not work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. browse to Application Inventory
2. Select all (in my case 3k) although unclear if this is scale related at this time
3. Attempt to click off drop down box it remains in place and unresponsive

Actual results:

menu is unresponsive to additional clicks or selections

All items are selected in application inventory

Expected results:

menu should be responsive to additional clicks or selections
