Description of problem:

Selection dropdown in app inventory doesn't disappear until user will click on it second time

How reproducible:

100% 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open app inventory
2. Click on `Select all`
3. When droplist doesn't disappear - click on any other place of the page
4. When droplist still doesn't disappear - click on the same place you clicked to open droplist

Actual results:

Droplist disappears only when user clicks on it second time

Expected results:

Droplist should disappear either after selecting any option in it or at least when clicking on any place in the page
