With the introduction of Custom Resource State feature in v2.5.0 (and it's perfection over later releases), Kube State Metrics (KSM) will now be able to generate metrics for CRs by parsing a user-defined configuration for the same.

At this point, we want to possibly move away from depending on OpenShift State Metrics (OSM), and instead, use KSM for our CR-metric needs.

This story entails the tasks required to deprecate OSM, implement the same collectors in KSM, making sure that there are no unexpected user-facing changes (using relabelling, etc. to make sure it is exactly the same as before), and replace OSM with KSM wherever it is being used as a dependency.
