• Consider this a followup to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MON-1759

Why is this important?

• MSO development has slowed down, this epic intends to organize efforts to get it into peoples hands

Scenarios

1. MSO can be installed via OLM in a way that Red Hat can support it

Acceptance Criteria

• Must be useful for stakeholders and offer a practical feature set. What that is will be defined by the Tasks in this Epic
• The artifacts used to install MSO can be supported by Red Hat (come from a trusted build pipeline).
