Insights operator pulls data from OpenShift clusters and write to S3 data.

Insights operator is running, but is not currently forwarding alerts data.

This ticket exists to see whether we can exfiltrate data about Alerts & Silences into S3.

If an alert is often silenced by a customer, we will consider removing it from our monitoring stack.

• Use the insights operator and see if we can access alerting data from telemeter / OpenShift?
