Create simple scalability and performance tests

    Description

      Create some simple performance/scalability tests and run against '3.x' & 'master':

      • Check whether insertion of 1M nodes in deep hierarchy (100 children per parent) is linear over time
      • Check whether insertion of 1M nodes in flat hierarchy (1000 or 10,000 children per parent) is linear over time (MODE-2109)
