As a user of crane, I want a dedicated method for getting detailed information about specific plugins. I'm very used to command line tools that deal with installing applications/plugins providing the "info" command that gives me a detailed explanation of the application/plugin. So used to it, in fact, that when I didn't find it on my first use of crane I just assumed the functionally didn't exist at all (it does exist as a `-params` flag to `crane plugin-manager list`).
