As a crane user, I need more information about the supported plugins (currently only OpenShift) in order to make informed decisions about what plugins I should use. Some questions I would expect from a reasonable user:

• Does this plugin deal with specific resource types (ie. Routes) or specific cluster types (ie. OpenShift) or both?
• What is the plugin actually doing?
• Does this plugin add|remove|modify resources?
• What are the scenarios for which I should install this plugin?

I think the most important question to answer is, "What is the plugin actually doing?" The answer to this question will give the necessary information for reasonable users to make informed decisions about their plugins.
