We’d like to add QE ability to automate testing of 3.11 -> ARO and add this to our regular release gating process. Dev has done basic testing of this scenario confirming it’s viability (see related ticket for notes).

The new work here is most likely related to automated deployments, since the test scenarios should be able to be reused.

This ticket should be considered done when we have basic, regular runs of MTC + ARO as part of our normal test cycle.

This is the same work done for MIG-764, but instead for ARO.
