PM is seeing a growing opportunity for migrations from 3.11 to ROSA. We’d like to add QE ability to automate testing of 3.11 -> ROSA and add this to our regular release gating process. Dev has done basic testing of this scenario confirming it’s viability.

The new work here is most likely related to automated deployments, since the test scenarios should be able to be reused.
