Definition of Done:
1. Determine the list/rules for determining what should by default be removed from the output (or whiteout)

2. The plugin should create the whiteout files by default

3. We may want to consider an optional field that allows a user to turn off behavior based on GVK/GVR or something like that

4. Must handle v1 response and v1 requests from crane
